Ever since my toddler years I was already familiar with this statement. Looking at babies are so fun. They are so interesting to observe. They're to-hell-with-it attitude is inspiring.
One night, (one PMS night), I was crying with one of the most random reasons.
During the past weeks there was a house-robbing activity in my next door neighbor's house. Our neighborhood was quite in panic so we came up with the idea to install human sensors to certain areas which will be activated during certain times. One time, the sensor in my house (near to my recent robbing victim neighbor's place) broke our sleep. I held on my faith, little martial arts skills, and a-um-baseball bat to went on patrol together with one of our housemaids. We found out it was just a cat.
We knocked our neighbor's front door and went inside their house as well, just to check. Apparently my neighbor's niece was there (now still there) staying in their house. She was tiny, probably 2 years old. So cute smuffle blubble.
Later the same night, tears went down on both of my cheeks because I was so worried about her safety. Really worried. What if someone really innocent like her (and all other babies around the world) got hurt. They're so fragile and still have a long future ahead of them. I couldn't sleep for a bit that night.
Haha. This is just one of the random stories that shows my great love for babies. I can just melt looking at them.
The wonderful thing is that my manager sometimes brought her baby along with us during gigs and interviews. It's so relaxing to look at the little munchkin during working heavy pressure. It neutralizes my sizzling mood. His name is "Aqeela":

I look at it everytime I feel down and moody. It's a series of clips from Jackie Chan's 2006 movie called "Rob B Hood". A very refreshing movie, recommend you all to watch. The baby is just soo adorable. His name is Matthew Medvedev. Yup, this baby is on my blog header. The baby up there teehee.

BABIES! They're so fragile I can't even stand to try to hold them. *shrugs*
But I agree, babies are stress-relievers. The 'aura suci' vibe they're giving off just calms :D
I have a one year old nephew myself, currently the star in the family. Hopefully someday I'll have some of my own.

ckckck.... makananmu pasti sangat bergizi sampai bisa menghasilkan air mata begitu banyak. tapi itu bagus. daripada menangis karena 'random tiny things' a.k.a. kelilipan.
kamu bisa nangis karena melihat bayi. kalo aku sebaliknya, bayi bisa nangis karena melihatku.
tapi bagaimanapun, intinya tetap sama: rasa khawatir.
kamu menangis karena khawatir sesuatu yang buruk menimpa mereka. mereka menangis karena khawatir hidupnya kelak akan sama denganku. huehehe...
dan pernahkah kamu perhatikan, bahwa setiap kali menangis, -karena alasan apa pun-, sebenarnya kita sedang berharap. sedang berdoa. meskipun itu hanya nol koma sekian persen dari total durasi menangis kita. dan sisanya dramatisasi bawah sadar. biar lebih berkesan, tentunya.
kata orang-orang, aku dulu juga pernah menjadi bayi. lega rasanya mendengar hal itu. mengetahui bahwa setidaknya dulu, pada satu waktu, aku pernah menjadi manusia tanpa dosa. Yeahhh...!!!
soal perampokan itu.
di rumah ada cctv? coba di-upload ke youtube. pasti banyak yang pengen lihat seorang -calon- pendekar wushu keluar malam-malam bawa pentungan, lalu dengan wajah optimis berkata: 'kalo kita benar, mengapa harus takut?'
hahaha.... sebuah sekuel baru petualangan sherina. based on true story. :)

I saw these groups of kids singing cari jodoh - wali in an exhibition my college held couple days ago, they did it good and outloud.
well, my memory told me that I grew up by listening Susan, Trio Kwek Kwek, Joshua watching Si Komo, Unyil, etc.
but these cute little kiddo now can't listen to no good song but three little boys crapping how hurts it is to be brokenhearted. beh!!

Tapi omong2 soal bayi, bayi harimau selalu akan jadi harimau, meski dibesarkan sebagai kucing. Naluri buasnya ga bisa ilang.
Begitu juga manusia, ada yang emang punya naluri bertarung, suatu instink to kill. Meski terlihat cantik, imut dan menggemaskan, tp kalo kita liat ke matanya kita tahu kalo this type of person is the last kind of person we want to mess with... Don't you agree futagoza? ;)
